Tie Me To Your Apron Strings Again
  (Longhorn 150)   Harry Lackey

two columns

OPENER - MIDDLE BREAK - CLOSER    Basic

Now you walk around that corner lady, see saw your own
You join your hands and circle to the left and then
Do an allemande left your corner lady, weave that old ring
Out and in around and meet again
Turn a right hand around your partner, well the men star left and then
Swing that same little girl around and then promenade that ring
And sing to me that cradle song and then
Won't you tie me to your apron strings again

FIGURE    Basic - SSD Week 7, corner progression

Now it's 1 & 3 (2 & 4) you pass thru and travel round just one
And make a line, go forward eight, come on back
Now star thru and double pass on thru
First two left the next two right, a right & left thru
You pass thru, wheel & deal, the center 4 pass thru
Swing corner round and round, and promenade you do
Won't you sing to me that simple melody
Then tie me to your apron strings you see

TAG
