Starting man's left, ladies right. Place heel on floor toward the center
of the set. Bring same foot back and touch toe to floor. On the same
foot, step toward the center of the set (men left, right, left - ladies
right, left, right). Reverse the above footwork to return to your
starting position. Repeat all the above once more.
Box the Gnat, ladies promenade inside once and a quarter
(Box the Gnat) Starting formation: facing dancers (man and lady). Both
step forward, join and then raise their right hands. The lady steps forward
and does a left-face U-turn back under the raised right hands, as the man
walks forward and around the lady while doing a right-face U-turn back.
Both end facing each other, each in the other's starting position.
Turn the next by the right a full turn around (Forearm or elbow hook around.)
Allemande left, come back promenade... (Note: the promenade is full 16 beats of
music around and back to the man's starting position. Repeat the above three
more times until all are back.)

Ending: Bow to partner and then corner...
