It's in and out around that ring you go, promenade

Well now it's up to the middle and come on back,
go right & left thru you turn the girl,
2 ladies chain straight across the ring
Turn that girl, pass thru, wheel & deal
Center 4 you square thru 3/4 round, the corner lady swing
Left allemande, come back and promenade
I'll never let you go little darling
