two columns

OPENER - MIDDLE BREAK - CLOSER    Basic

Left allemande the corner, go right & left, I say
Turn back one and box the gnat, dosado that way
4 ladies promenade inside, once around and then
Turn partner by the right, all the way to the corner, friend
Left allemande the corner and you weave the ring, you know
Weave in and out, when you meet, do a little dosado
Back to back and then left allemande that corner she
Come back and then promenade
Oh, lonesome me

FIGURE    C4, unknown progression

When you get home the heads swing, sides go right & left thru
The heads promenade about halfway (now sides backaway)
1 & 3 lead to the right, and circle to a line
That line of 4 forward up and back, bend the line
Go right & left thru, turn on back and do a little dixie chain
Ladies turn left and walk, gents turn right, allemande left that gal
Pass your own, promenade the next you see
Oh, lonesome me

CLOSER (ALTERNATE)

Swing your partner round and round, men make a left hand star
Go once around till you meet that lady, turn her by the right where you are
Left allemande the corner, turn partner right, you see
Girls move in to a left hand star, once around for me
When you meet that man, dosado, go all the way and then
Left allemande and you come back one, promenade my friend
You've got your own, but me, I'm fancy free
Oh, lonesome me
