*When I was a little bitty boy just up off the floor
We used to go out to Grandma's house every month end or so
Do an allemande left with the corner girl, come back dosado
Left allemande with the corner girl and weave the ring you know
It was nine feet high, six feet wide, soft as a downy chick
Do a dosado go back to back and promenade you bet
It'll hold eight kids, four hound dogs, and a piggy we stole from the shed
Didn't get much sleep but we had a lotta fun on Grandma's feather bed

1 & 3 (2 & 4) promenade go halfway round the hall
Come into the middle with a right & left thru and turn the girl you all
Slide thru, square thru 3/4 round you go
Do a see saw with the corner girl, make a left hand ocean wave
Left swing thru and go, girls trade and then
Those girls run and promenade, go walking round my friend
It'll hold eight kids, four hound dogs, and a piggy we stole from the shed
