Four ladies promenade, go once inside that ring
Get on back and swing, and everybody swing
Join hands and circle to the left go 'round that ring
Do an allemande left that corner girl, and weave around that ring
I pray someday I'll hear you say
Swing that girl and you promenade
But until then I'll just pretend
You're back in my arms where you belong

Head (side) couples promenade, go halfway 'round that ring
Down the middle and square thru, and you get four hands around I sing
Go all the way and then a right & left thru my friend
Veer to the left, and ferris wheel around again
The centers square thru three hands around that ring
Swing that girl and you promenade
