two columns

OPENER - MIDDLE BREAK - CLOSER    Basic - SSD Week 11

The corner dosado now, turn your
partner by the left

Chain the ladies cross the square, go straight across the set
Chain them right back home now and you turn that
pretty girl
Gents you make a left hand star, go once around the world
Box the gnat and pull her by, the corner left hand round
Weave 'em in and out until your partner you have found
Promenade this lady, pretty lady round for me
Promenade her home around the lovely lemon tree

FIGURE

The heads grand square go, the sides divide star
thru

Go into the middle with a right & left thru and turn that pretty Sue
Square thru 3/4 back, you walk right out and then
Do a frontier whirl and now divide, star thru again
Corner lady swing, now you swing her round and round
Allemande new corner lady, come back promenade the town
Lemon tree, very pretty, and the lemon flower is sweet
Swing her, but the lemon is impossible to eat

TAG

Take her home and swing her round the lovely lemon tree

(Only 2 couples do the grand square figure at a time. When the sides
do the grand square, they should start by moving forward and accomplish
the figure just as though they were heads. Caution dancers not to start
the grand square until "go". Take a full 32 counts to complete the
grand square. The word "back" in square thru 3/4 back should be the
signal to reverse the grand square.)
