1 & 3 wheel around, left square thru with the one you found
Go all the way, do that ole left allemande
Come back one and promenade, take her home and swing and sway
With the belle of the square dance hall tonight

Heads to the middle and back with you
Then lead to the right, a right & left thru*
New head couples trail thru, around just one to a line of four
Pass thru across the world, arch in the middle and dixie twirl
And swing that corner lady round and round
Allemande left new corner lady, turn a right hand there at home
Allemande left just once again, and walk right by your own
Promenade the next one round, take her home and settle down
With the belle of the square dance hall tonight
(*Explanation: On completion of the right & left thru, the alternate couples are in the position of the original working couples, facing the middle of the square.)
