FIGURE (Hot Time In The Old Town Tonight)

First couple right and you circle four hands round
Pick up two more and make it six hands round
Pick up two more and make it eight hands round
There'll be a hot time in the old town tonight
Allemande left with the lady on your left (corner)
Allemande right with the lady on your right (right hand lady)
Allemande left with the lady on your left (corner)
And a grand old right & left around the ring
And when you meet your honey, dosado around
Take her in your arms and swing her off the ground
Then you promenade around with the cutest gal in town
There'll be a hot time in the old town tonight

FIGURE (My Pretty Girl)

Second couple promenade around the outside
Around the outside of the ring
Side ladies (2 & 4) chain right down the center
And you chain them back again
Side ladies chain, the right hand couples
And you chain them back again
Side ladies chain, the left hand couples
And you chain them back again

FIGURE (Alabama Jubilee)

Four little ladies promenade, inside the ring
Go back to your partner and give him a swing
Dosado with the corner girl
Bow to your partner and you give her a whirl
Four gents promenade inside the hall
Back to your partner and dosado all
Give the corner girl a swing and take that girl around the ring
To the Alabama Jubilee...whooo-eee! to the Alabama Jubilee

(figure ends with gents having original corners for partners)

FIGURE (Wabash Cannonball)

Third old couple lead to the right, circle four a while
On to the next, pick up two and watch those ladies smile
On to the next and pick up two, and listen to my call
You circle eight and don't be late, on the Wabash Cannonball
Now all four couples separate, go round the outside ring
Meet your corner with a right hand round, your own with a left hand swing
*The corner right and flip her in front, now listen to my call
Couple up cars and head out south on the Wabash Cannonball

(*Give corner right forearm swing half around, giving her a flip to turn her slightly on releasing so that she faces counter-clockwise around the set in front of gent. Promenade single file with left hands taking the left elbow of person in front, churning like a locomotive drive rod. Continue full turn around to gents' home position. Men now have original opposites for partners.)

FIGURE (You Call Everybody Darling)

First and third lead to the right and circle-o
Twice around in a pretty little ring you go
Now break at the heads and form two lines
Forward and back, you're doing fine
Right & left thru and over you go
Now hurry, don't be slow
Right & left back with your darling
Chain those ladies right across the line
Now take that gal back home
Two side ladies (2 & 4) chain across (but don't chain back)
Swing your little darling evermore

(end figure with original right hand ladies for partners)

FIGURE (Red Wing)

Oh the fourth couple right and you circle half, inside couple arch
And you dip and dive and away you go, the inside high and the outside low
Hurry, hurry, hurry let's go, over and then below
Now you're through, so what do you do...why, everybody swing

FIGURE (Oh, Johnny)

All join hands and you circle the ring (to the right)
Stop where you are, give your honey a swing
Now you swing that girl behind you (corner)
And you swing your own, if you've got time to
Allemande left with the lady on your left (corner)
And dosado your own
Now you all promenade that corner maid
Singing "Oh Johnny, oh Johnny, oh!"

(end dance with original partner)
