Cut up 3 pound fryer into pieces with skin removed (may also use 8-10 thighs, skin removed).

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Place chicken in a single layer in a dish or pan.
  3. Combine ingredients and pour over chicken.
  4. Bake chicken for 1.5 hours or until done.
  5. IMPORTANT: Baste every 15-20 minutes to create a glazed effect.
