Grandma Berg and I created this recipe during a visit. A very happy memory

Ingredients:

For a little fun add a few drops of food coloring to the milk and egg mixture.

Directions:

  1. In a medium-large bowl sift together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk eggs, add milk and mix thoroughly.
  3. Fold egg mixture into flour mixture to combine. Do not over mix. Stir in melted butter.
  4. Heat a flat griddle over medium-high. Scoop 1/4-1/2 cup batter onto griddle. Cook until bubbles form and start to pop. Carefully flip the pancake over cooking until bottom is golden. Remove and serve with your favorite toppings.

My cousin used to say "I don't care if the pancakes are golden, black or green- as long as they taste good!"
