  1. Sprinkle rhubarb with water and cook until thick.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together then blend rhubarb in gently. Let stand 15 minutes or more. Drain liquid.
  3. Line a 9" pie pan with fresh pie crust. Spoon in rhubarb mixture. Dot with butter.
  4. Cover with a lattice pie crust top.
  5. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
