If you want more sauce for the noodles double the ingredients.
Directions:
Slice each chicken breast in half to create thin pieces.
In a large skillet, brown 2 slices of bacon. Add olive oil and cook the chicken on medium high heat until browned (3-5 minutes) flip chicken and brown other side until no longer pink in the middle. Remove chicken and keep warm.
To the skillet add cream, chicken broth, garlic, italian seasoning and parmesan cheese. Whisk until mixture starts to thicken.
Add the spinach and sundried tomatoes. Let simmer until the spinach starts to wilt.
