Follow The Leader / Follow Your Leader

Definition:

Follow The Leader - From parallel right hand waves: All step thru, those facing out Quarter Right and single file promenade one quarter around the set and face in staying in single file. Those facing in step up to a wave and arm turn 3/4. Each column now moves forward to finish in right hand column formation. (From left hand waves, all Step Thru, those facing out Quarter Left and single file promenade one quarter to the left. Those facing in step up to a left hand wave.) (Lee Kopman 1974)

Follow Your Leader - From column formation: All single file circulate two positions then Trade and Roll. Finishes in facing lines. (Nonie Moglia 1976)

COMMENT: Names too similar. [Ed. note: Lee's version won out over Nonie's but the name now used is Follow Your Leader, not Follow The Leader.]

and Nonie Moglia 1974-76
