This is what happens on 4 of my 5 laptops!
I just tested this on my Windows 10 machine and it works.
There's no reason it shouldn't work, IMHO.
Perhaps there's a virus program that is preventing CSDS from downloading a file?
You can do a manual update on the 'bad' computers by copying file sqrot.exe from the
'good' computer to each of the bad computers...
Alternatively, download the exe file from our site, rename it to sqrot.exe, and replace the version in your computer...
