Upgrade Instructions for CSDS2 - PART ONE - Upgrading the Sequence Databases

1) If you do not have your CSDS user key, contact Vic or Debbie.  https://www.ceder.net/contact_vic.php

2) Download, install, then run the latest CSDS complete release (1.50.00)
   located at https://www.ceder.net/csds/csds_ftp.php

   When you run CSDS 1.500, 
 
     A) You may get an error message indicating an "invalid number of sequences in sequence database".  Ignore it.

     B) Two confirmation message boxes will appear, prompting you to convert your sequence databases.
        (original sequence databases are saved as SEQ\*.SEQ.V0).  Answer 'Yes' to both prompts.

     C) Wait for CSDS to finish converting the databases.  A "done" message box will appear, followed by a message box 
        indicating any compressed sequences that were converted.

     Sequence databases are now converted.  Continue to use CSDS 1.50.00.
  
     NOTE: Previous versions of CSDS will not be able to properly access your sequences.
