| Maker Comments | The beans for this bar come from a collection of farms surrounding the bird sanctuary, Reserva Zorzal. Janelle loved working with our first lot of Dominican beans fermented on the reserve itself. We taste notes of black cherry and caffe breve, with a tannic black jasmine tea finish. |
