The tropical climate of Peru, located on the western coast of South America, is perfectly suited to the cultivation of cocoa beans, which reveal all their aromas once they reach maturity. This delicious chocolate (64% cocoa) is made from a mixture of Peruvian beans Criollo and Trinitario.
