Good food and dancing are integral part of their culture, and they invite you to visit South Louisiana where they celebrate the Saints and Mardi Gras all year long.
Perhaps because we "inherited" our role as cuers to keep a circle of long time friends dancing our "Mission Statement" has always been that round dancing should be fun and as stress free as possible. Of course, we try diligently to teach and cue correctly, but our main focus will always be la joie de la danse (the joy of the dance).
