Harry Erhard began calling Square Dances in 1961. Throughout the years, Harry has experienced calling Square Dances with several different bands in the Juniata County area. In 2005 Harry, Jake Erhard (son), and Marian Burd (sister in-law) joined together with an objective to bring back the Square Dances & Saturday Night Fun!! With the addition of two members in 2006, the band is now known as: "Harry Erhard & Common Ground." The band consists of five members.
