16-Nov-2001 Dear C3A | C3B Caller: It is time to review the C3A and C3B lists for potential changes. This review process occurs approximately every two years. The last update to C3A was completed in February 2000. The last update to C3B was completed in August 2000. The initial phase of the review process is to gather information. Both callers and dancers may contribute suggestions for potential changes to the lists. However, voting on the C3A list will be done by C3A-qualified Callerlab members only. Voting on the C3B list will be done by qualified C3B callers who wish to participate. If you are a C3A or C3B caller and you wish to vote, let me know so I can add your name to my list. The purpose of this letter is to request potential changes for the C3A and C3B lists. If you feel that one or more particular calls or concepts should be added or removed from the C3A or C3B lists, please submit this change information to me along with the reason for each change. Send potential changes via E-mail to https://www.ceder.net/contact_vic.php or via postal mail to Vic Ceder P.O. Box 841 Los Olivos, CA 93441-0841 For your convenience, the current C3A and C3B lists can be found at the following URLs: C3A (HTML): https://www.ceder.net/lists/c3a.php C3B (HTML): https://www.ceder.net/lists/c3b.php C3B (MS Word): https://www.ceder.net/lists/c3b.doc Please also review these lists for cosmetic changes. In addition, some previous voting results can be found at the following URL: C3A and C3B page: https://www.ceder.net/c3voting.php The aforementioned page will also be used in the upcoming voting process. Suggestions and reasons for potential changes will be posted on that page. The information gathering process will continue until perhaps sometime in January or February, at which time a C3A ballot will be created and sent to Callerlab for dissemination to C3A callers. After the C3A voting is complete, I will mail out C3B ballots to participating callers. Thank you for your prompt reply. Sincerely, Vic Ceder Vice Chairman CALLERLAB Challenge Committee
