What's in a Word?

Sometimes a word can be defined by its individual LETTERS.  For example, the word GESTALT:

(G)ood evening, ladies and gentlemen!  Tonight we will
(E)mbark on a journey designed to
(S)how everyone that I am the most innovative caller in
(T)he universe.  This is your lucky day.  You are
(A)bout to find out if you can dance proficiently enough to
(S)olve tonight's puzzles.  As for the at least
(T)wenty percent who will fail, it's no big deal because they're
(C)rummy dancers anyhow, (or maybe they're new dancers), but
(I)n any case, they slow us down and we don't need 'em.
(S)o if and when a few more people show up, we'll have a
(S)quare and we can begin.  I wonder
(W)here everyone is tonight?

That's the meaning of the word GESTASTCISSW!  One minor drawback is that this word only remotely resembles the original word.  That's because the dull boring original word has now been creatively IMPROVED to produce a BETTER word!  It's better because it's hard to spell, impossible to remember, and completely useless.
