Absolutely. Callers are recorded quite often, for various reasons. All callers KNOW this. It's amazing that the Riviera Hotel would know this, but somehow they KNOW.

There's NO "Rush to Plus" at the Riviera Hotel! Did you hear what they said? They want to learn and dance EVERY CALL. They not only know you're a CALLER, they also know what topics are IMPORTANT to callers.
