 Tag And Trade (In, Out, etc.)

Definition:
 

From a line, wave or two-faced line: Centers only do a Tag with each other and take the In, Out, etc. direction. Meanwhile, the ends Trade. Finishes in various line and wave formations, including the Three and One line.
