 Spin Chain & Exchange & Reverse The Gears

From parallel (R-H) waves: Start a Spin Chain & Exchange the Gears, but at the end where the leader would Touch 1/4 (after a U turn back) make a (R-H) Star with the 3 following dancers, turn it one full turn where leaders will pass other leaders (left shoulders) taking the followers into a column where all now finish as in Exchange, i.e. leaders turn back, (L) Touch 1/4 with immediate trailers as #3 dancers face in and #4 dancers face out.
