 Swing, Triple Spin And Circulate

Definition:
 

From parallel waves or eight chain thru formation: Arm turn as designated (1/4, 1/2 or 3/4), then new centers arm turn 3/4. Wave across the set does a Fan the Top and arm turn 3/4 as the lonesome outsides (new ends) Circulate like a Counter Rotate (as designated). Finishes in parallel waves.
