Definition:
 

From parallel waves or two faced lines: Ends Circulate twice. Centers arm turn 3/4 to form a wave across the center. Those in this wave do a Fan Back (centers arm turn 3/4 and ends U-turn back) then those same four do a Half Circulate. Waves finish as two faced lines and vice versa.
