From a one quarter Tag formation: All Scoot Back, Outside dancers Roll (1/4 in direction of body flow) and inside dancers, as they re-form the wave, do a Single Hinge. Finishes in parallel two faced lines. NOTE: A Scoot Back plus Follow Thru movement.
