From parallel waves: All Split Circulate one half (momentary four dancer wave flanked by a couple in single file; i.e., twin diamond formation). Ends of the wave do a Single Hinge as the lead outside dancers do a "Run" (to squeeze between those who did the Hinge) and the trailing outside dancers Circulate once. Finishes in parallel two faced lines.
