From a square set: Ladies face partner; ladies then back away four steps and Face Right, walk forward four steps and Face Left, walk forward eight steps and Face Left; meanwhile, men walk forward eight steps and Face Right, back up four steps and Face Right, walk forward four steps and Face Left. Repeat entire sequence. All will then be halfway across set with original partner.
