 Bias Trade Circulate

From parallel waves: Those facing out do a Cross (Trade) Circulate. Ends facing in cross to farthest end position and centers facing in cross over to farthest center position. The cross over is accomplished by starring. Right hand waves finish as left hand waves. NOTE: Part of the Cross Circulate development.
