 Split The Wheel

Definition:
 

From a squared set: Designated actives do a Right and Left thru and a quarter more into a two faced line. Centers Trade and then Wheel and Deal. Finishes with facing couples at right angles to original facing direction. NOTE: "Split" is not used in any of its usual meanings here.
