From the comet formation (achieved from a column by all Circulate 1/2, then center 6 Circulate 1/2): Inside Interlocked Triangle Circulate (ignore the very outsides).

Flip The Comet: From a comet formation: Centers (in mini waves) do a Comet Circulate; close Point does a short Flip (in) while the far point (comet tail) does a long Flip (to the very center on the far side).
