From parallel waves or eight chain thru formation: All right arm turn 3/4 into new parallel waves. Centers star left to diagonally opposite end to right arm turn 3/4 and re-form waves. Finishes as parallel waves, oriented the same as starting waves. Note: Equivalent to all arm turn 3/4 then centers Circulate twice and all arm turn 3/4 again.
