 Spin Chain The Flip

Definition:
 

From parallel waves or eight chain thru formation: All arm turn half, new centers arm turn 3/4 and the centers of the wave across the set Trade. Those in the wave now do a Flip Back (Single Hinge, Box Circulate and Scoot Back). Finishes in parallel waves.
