 Kick Off

Definition:
 

From columns, waves, lines--call is directed to Boys, Girls, Ends, Centers (e.g., "Boys Kick Off"): Those designated will Run and then Roll as the inactives turn to face the adjacent vacated spot and step forward into it (turn and step for the inactives). From any two adjacent dancers facing the same way or opposite ways, finishes with one dancer behind the other at right angles to original facing direction.
