 Cross Your Neighbor And Spread

Definition:
 

From two parallel waves: Those facing in walk forward and arm turn 3/4 by "non-adjacent" arms then spread apart. Those facing out Split Circulate and step and turn into the nearest center position of new parallel two faced lines. NOTE: In Criss Cross Your Neighbor, those doing the Split Circulate move to the farthest center positions.
