From parallel waves: All arm turn 3/4 into new waves. New centers Slither (nose to nose sashay) and then arm turn 3/4 with the same dancer to form (momentary) twin diamonds. All Diamond Circulate once. Centers in the wave across the set now trade and then with the outsides to another trade. The other dancers meanwhile move up a quarter (in own half of the set) and all Wheel and Deal. Finishes in facing lines. NOTE: An entire dance.
