Definition:

From a wave or two faced line: Ends roll out in a small loop full around (i.e., "Flare") as centers arm turn 3/4. All now do a Diamond Circulate (wave formation creates "facing" diamonds and two faced lines create "regular" diamond) and the points Flare while the centers arm turn 3/4. Right hand waves finish as left hand waves (and vice versa). Two faced lines finish as two faced lines.
