 Alter And Circulate

From parallel waves: Ends arm turn adjacent dancer half, then new centers arm turn 3/4 as the ends do a U-turn back. Centers of the new wave across the set trade and the ends Circulate once. Form two four hand left hand stars and turn each star exactly half. Those who did the 3/4 arm turn (remember?) now take the left hand of the person in front and arm turn about a quarter to become ends of two new parallel waves. Finishes in parallel waves.
