Data fields within the Choreography Database |
 Special Indicators

 indicates that the record was created within the last two weeks.

 indicates that the record is not new,
but has been modified within the last two weeks.
-
*** not validated *** indicates that
the data within the record has not yet been validated.
The database administrator will either validate the record,
correct the missing or erroneous information, or remove the record
or erroneous data from the database.

Database Fields

Each record within the Choreography Database contains the following fields:
(Numbers within parentheses indicate the size of the field in characters.)
(Fields shown in blue must have a non-null value.)

Sequence Type is the classification for the choreography.
Additional sequence types will be added as necessary.

Sequence Text (255) is the text of the sequence, module, or zero.

Level is the dance level of the sequence.
- Beginner
- Basic
- Mainstream
- Plus
- A1
- A2
- C1
- C2
- C3A
- C3B
- C4

Difficulty indicates the difficulty of the sequence for the level at which it is listed.

Submitted By indicates the caller who submitted the sequence to the Choreography Database.
This field is either 'anonymous' or a caller from the
Caller and Cuer Database.

Comments (no size limit) conveys any other pertinent information relating to the sequence.

The following fields can not be modified by the individual:
-
HandleList is a list of numbers used by the database to search for specific calls.
-
ModDateTime is the date and time of the last modification made to the record.
-
RecordId is a unique value assigned to each record in the database so that the
record can easily be unambiguously located.
-
Validated when set, indicates that the record has been validated by the database administrator;
when not set, *** not validated *** is displayed as part of the record.
