Web Site URL (100) is the URL of the caller or cuer's web site.
Picture URL (100) is a URL of a picture of the caller or cuer (JPG, GIF or PNG).
Picture Height is the height of the picture in pixels.
Picture Width is the width of the picture in pixels.
Flags indicate that the caller or cuer is a member of, or is capable of doing the described action.
Roundalab -- member of
Roundalab www.roundalab.org,
the International Association of Round Dance Teachers.
Full-time -- fulltime occupation is calling or cueing.
Traveling -- travels outside their home region for calling or cueing engagements.
Recording Artist -- recording artist on a record label.
Seminars -- educates other callers.
Coach -- certified to coach other callers.
One Night Stands -- calls for One Night Stands (also known as Square Dance
Parties, Barn Dances, or Introduction To Square Dancing sessions).
If you are looking for a caller to entertain a group of non-dancers and introduce them to Square Dancing,
this is the field that you should look for.
CDP -- calls the
Community Dance Program www.d4bp.com,
a dance program that can be easily taught and learned in a few short sessions.
Traditional -- calls Traditional Square Dances (using old time music and
classical Square Dance figures).
Lines -- teaches Line Dances.
Country Western Two Steps -- teaches Country Western Two-Steps and similar dances.
Handicapable Groups -- calls/cues for Handicapable groups.
Youth Groups -- call/cues for Youth groups.
Festival Sound Service -- supplies and sets up sound equipment for festivals.
MinSquare is the minimum level that the caller calls.
MaxSquare is the maximum level that the caller calls.
MinRound is the minimum level that the cuer cues.
MaxRound is the maximum level that the cuer cues.
Music License indicates the organizations that have licensed the individual
to use copyrighted music. Different countries have different licensing
organizations.
Other Information (no size limit) conveys any other pertinent information relating to
the individual's calling or cueing. In particular, this field should contain any data
that doesn't fit neatly into other database fields.
More Information (no size limit) conveys any other information such as your
yearly schedule. The difference between the More Information field and
the Other Information field is as follows:
The More Information field is only displayed on the caller or cuer's individual page,
whereas the Other Information field is displayed on the listings and on the individual
page.
The More Information field is formatted. Carriage returns and spacing
are preserved.
PIN (4), is a Personal Identification Number,
used by the individual when updating information within their database record.
The following fields can not be modified by the individual:
CreateDateTime is the date and time when the record was first created.
ModDateTime is the date and time of the last modification made to the record.
RecordId is a unique value assigned to each record in the database so that the
record can easily be unambiguously located.
Validated when set, indicates that the record has been validated by the database administrator;
when not set, *** not validated *** is displayed as part of the record.
WebLink when set, indicates that the web site
specified within the record contains a reciprocal link to the Caller and Cuer Database;
when set,
is displayed before the word 'WEB SITE'.
